
I was shocked recently to discover I had prostate cancer, since I had none of the normal symptoms. It was almost luck that I found out. If I had not been diagnosed for some time, it could have been much worse. This is the unfolding story of me dealing with the diagnosis and treatment, with a conversation about how more men can get treated sooner.
Everyone’s cancer experience is unique. I can only give my impression and views, skewed as they may be, but I hope are still useful to help others.
